Wedlake Bell advises on sale of Altitec Trading Limited to Swire Renewable Energy A/S

Wedlake Bell advised on the sale of Altitec Trading Limited, a pureplay wind turbine rotor blade inspection, repair and maintenance company operating from offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and South Africa on the pre-sale international restructuring of Altitec group and subsequent sale of the entire issued share capital of Altitec Trading Limited to Danish based energy group, Swire Renewable Energy A/S. 

Wedlake Bell’s specialist cross-departmental M&A team was led by corporate Partner Mark Tasker and included Associates David Duhig and Harry Bowden and Maria Nadarajah. In addition, Michael Ridsdale and Gemma Williams. advised on corporate tax, Choy Lau on employment, Adam Betts on IP and commercial law matters, Grainne McCourt on real estate, and Paul Ashcroft on pensions.
