Harry has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters including domestic and cross-border acquisitions and mergers, re-organisations, shareholders’ agreements, subscription and shareholders’ agreements, and investment agreements.

Recent Experience

• Advising the sole shareholder on the sale of Re-Vision BV to private equity backed Extenda Retail, a leading provider of commerce and distribution software solutions for retailers and logistics companies. Re-Vision BV, headquartered in Waardenburg, Netherlands, is the global provider of mobile self-scanning solutions, enabling an innovative shopping experience in the retail sector.
• Advising on the sale of two Guernsey special purpose vehicles which respectively own a logistics hub in Leicestershire and a frozen foods warehouse in Southall, West London to Urban Logistics REIT PLC for a combined value of circa £80 million.

Career History

Harry joined Wedlake Bell in November 2021.

Prior to joining Wedlake Bell, Harry trained at Clarkson Wright & Jakes Limited and qualified into their Corporate and Commercial Department in September 2018.

Harry has a degree in Politics from The University of Sheffield, and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The University of Sheffield.
