- development work including site acquisition, unit sales and purchases;

- individual and collective enfranchisement;
- the granting and taking of leases;
- tenancy agreements; and
- restructuring of clients’ property assets.
We work with other professional service providers (including agents, property finders, financiers, surveyors) to enable each transaction to proceed as smoothly as possible.
We also work closely with our Private Client, Family and Commercial Property teams to ensure that we are in the best position to service our clients’ personal and business needs.

- Acting for a private individual in respect of purchases of apartments in excess of £10m at Chelsea Barracks.
- Acting for a private individual in respect of the purchase of a penthouse in excess of £50m in a Prime Central London.
- Acting for a private individual in respect of the purchase of a penthouse in excess of £50m in a Prime Central London.
- Dealing with the sale of a house in Fulham at a price of £1.7m.
- Acting for a tenant in respect of its statutory lease extension claim which, after months of negotiations, Tribunal Directions and an application to Court, eventually settled at a premium of circa £6m.
- Acquisition of former film studios in West London for residential redevelopment for over 200 units.
- Numerous sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties in Central London, Greater London, and the South East at prices between £1m to £2m.
