Our Finance team provides specialist legal advice for both lenders and borrowers across a spectrum of bilateral and syndicated financings.
Our lender clients include banks and other financial institutions as well as private equity investors, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
Our borrower clients include corporate borrowers (public and private) and high net worth individuals.
Our size and structure means that we are flexible, efficient and quick to respond. We provide a personal service from a team of individuals who are all known to you – with a high degree of partner involvement.
We pride ourselves on providing clear and practical advice, frequently collaborating with our other teams to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service.
Working with a network of lawyers in foreign jurisdictions, our specialist Finance team is skilled at handling both domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, whatever the timeframe.

- Preparing and reviewing precedent loan and security documents for lending organisations.
- Regulatory advice in relation to the disposal of an entity holding a UK banking licence.
- Loan re-tranching and security transfer as part of the acquisition of a warehouse.
