Wedlake Bell has advised Belimed AG on its acquisition of Amity International, a manufacturer and developer of speciality chemicals, consumables and equipment for the healthcare industry worldwide.
Belimed AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Metall Zug AG, the Swiss industrial holding company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, and is a leading supplier of medical and surgical instrument sterilisation, disinfection and cleaning products and services.
Amity International was founded in 1996 by Ram Singh and Mokhles Nejad and has developed an excellent reputation for product innovation in the healthcare, food and industrial sectors.
