Hilary Platt

Hilary is head of Wedlake Bell’s Banking practice and a trusted adviser to financial institutions and corporate borrowers alike. She is highly experienced across a broad spectrum of financing transactions, often with a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional dimension.

Hilary focuses particularly on real estate finance—advising on both investment and development deals—as well as acquisition finance. Her pragmatic approach, technical strength, varied experience and commercial insight make her a go-to adviser for complex, high-value transactions.
