Our Finance team acts for lender and borrower clients on the debt aspects of a wide variety of corporate acquisitions and management buy-outs and buy-ins. Our understanding of the markets in which our clients operate enables us to guide them through all stages of a transaction from the structuring and term sheet stage to financial close.
We regularly act on cross-border transactions and by drawing on our international networks we ensure that clients receive an efficient and seamless service.

- Acting for a leading chemist chain in connection with various phases of a club financing relating to a £160m acquisition facility.
- Acting for HSBC on a £20m acquisition and invoice discounting financing for a leading recruitment business.
- Acting for HSBC on a £14.5m acquisition and invoice discounting financing for a medical staffing recruitment agency.
- Acting for HSBC on a £16M financing for the purchase of two pub-owning companies
- Acting for a newco entity in relation to a financing provided to it by a UK bank to fund its MBO of a technology company.
