WEDLAKE BELL PROMOTES NEW PARTNERS

Wedlake Bell is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Betts (IP and Commercial), Harriet Forster (Commercial Property), Natalie Pilagos (Construction) and Lindy Day (Projects and Infrastructure) as Partners in the firm. All appointments are with immediate effect.

Adam Betts trained with the firm and qualified into the IP and Commercial team. He specialises in non-contentious commercial law and contracts, Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection. Adam has experience advising a broad range of clients of varying shapes and sizes, including those operating in the technology sector; consumer goods; retail; hospitality; leisure; sports; design; property & construction; and healthcare industries, amongst many others.

Harriet Forster has been with the firm since 2014 and works on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular specialism in residential development, acting for major housebuilders, SME developers and landowners. She also undertakes mainstream commercial property work, acting primarily for developers and investors, and has a wealth of experience in advising on acquisitions, disposals and asset management.

Natalie Pilagos joined the firm in 2021 and has extensive experience advising on disputes relating to a broad range of construction projects including hotels, offices, retail, high end residential development, energy and infrastructure. She acts for end users, developers, contractors, consultants and investment companies, typically with complex legal needs.

Lindy Day joined the firm in 2020 and has a strong background in commercial property with extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate matters including asset management and investment and development work representing a diverse client base ranging from multinationals and institutions to entrepreneurs and private individuals. Her current practice concentrates on larger projects and infrastructure assets, with a particular focus on the ports industry. Her work often includes related advice on commercial contracts, planning and development issues.

The appointment of the new Partners is part of Wedlake Bell’s ongoing commitment to providing its clients with leading advisers across all business and client service offerings. The appointments will bolster Wedlake Bell’s Partners to 70 and enhance the firm’s overall offering.
