Delta Hat provides industry leading analysis and health economic modelling to the pharmaceutical industry. Petauri is a purpose-built pharmaceutical services platform based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA and is backed Oak Hill Capital a New York-based private equity firm.
The Wedlake Bell team included tax partner Michael Ridsdale, tax solicitor Gemma Williams, pensions & employee benefits partner Justin McGilloway, and was led by private client partner Kate Johnson.
