Wedlake Bell advises on the cross-border sale of retail technology company Re-Vision BV to Extenda Retail

City law firm, Wedlake Bell, has advised the owner of Re-Vision BV on the sale to Extenda Retail, a leading provider of commerce and distribution software solutions for retailers and logistics companies. The transaction completed on 1 April 2022.

Re-Vision BV, headquartered in Waardenburg, Netherlands, is the global provider of mobile self-scanning solutions, enabling an innovative shopping experience in the retail sector.

The Wedlake Bell team who advised on the transaction was led by Corporate Partner, Nigel Taylor, assisted by Solicitor, Harry Bowden. Falco Houwer and Maarten Bol of Bruggink & Van der Velden and Adrian Sedlo of Sedlo Law Firm advised on Netherland’s and Luxembourg law respectively. The legal advice provided on the sale spanned multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Sweden.
