Wedlake Bell has advised MS by Joann Sfar UK Limited (“MSUK“) on its acquisition of the independent TV and film production business and assets of Filmwave Limited (in administration).
Wedlake Bell’s specialist cross-departmental M&A team was led by Partner Mark Tasker and Associate James French (Corporate M&A). They were supported by Robert Paterson (Insolvency & Restructuring), Choy Lau (Employment), Michael Ridsdale (Corporate Tax) and Grainne McCourt (Real Estate).
