Wedlake Bell advises Agentis Health Group on its acquisition of Clinical Pharmacist Solutions
Wedlake Bell has advised Agentis Health Group, a leading UK healthcare group backed by mid-market private equity investor LDC, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Clinical Pharmacist Solutions.
Agentis Health Group is a leading provider of medicines management and prescribing technologies for private mental health hospitals, hospices, specialist rehabilitation and complex care settings.
Clinical Pharmacist Solutions provides expert clinical pharmacy services and supports primary care teams with highly skilled pharmacists, medicines optimisation and improved patient outcomes.
This transaction strengthens Agentis Health Group’s healthcare business and provides CPS with access to Agentis’ Living With platform, a digital health solution used by 40 NHS trusts, community providers and ICBs to assess, manage and support patients living with long-term conditions.
This is the second acquisition that Wedlake Bell has completed for Agentis Health Group, following its acquisition of Living With.
Toni Betts, Group CFO of Agentis Health Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Clinical Pharmacist Solutions to Agentis Health Group. This acquisition represents an important strategic step for the Group, and I would like to thank everyone involved for their diligence, professionalism and persistence in bringing the transaction to a successful completion. In particular, it has been a pleasure working alongside the team at Wedlake Bell once again, whose commercial advice, responsiveness and unwavering support were instrumental throughout the process.”
