Real Estate Investment

As one of the largest real estate investment teams in London, we support clients throughout the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition and ownership to asset management and disposal. We are known for our commercial focus and pragmatic, proactive advice that aligns with wider business objectives, helping clients secure and enhance both capital value and income returns.

We act for longstanding investors and ambitious new entrants on high-value, complex transactions, often under tight timelines or involving high profile assets. We offer clear, structured guidance that builds confidence from day one. Our team helps clients navigate legal risks, understand regulatory frameworks and maximise deal security, laying the groundwork for successful long-term investment. We act as a commercial partner throughout, enabling your plans and unlocking opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Our client base spans listed companies, investment funds, trust structures, family offices and private individuals, both UK-based and offshore. Clients benefit from our fully integrated real estate platform: we operate from a single central London office alongside specialist colleagues in planning, construction, tax, banking  and dispute resolution. This enables us to move quickly, apply sector-specific expertise and stay focused on delivering results.

We have an established track record and active involvement across all real estate sectors:

Office: advising investors on the acquisition, management and disposal of prominent, high-value office buildings across the UK.

Healthcare and later living: advising investor-operators on expanding and evolving operational portfolios in a sector experiencing sustained growth and investment activity.

Life sciences: supporting science and innovation-led regeneration, including repurposing existing space for state-of-the-art lab use. We are acting on high-profile joint ventures and multi-million pound mixed-use schemes centred around life sciences.

Data centres, industrial and logistics: working closely with our construction team to advise on site development, energy strategy and environmental performance in this highly active and infrastructure-driven sector.

Charities and third sector: supporting longstanding clients with complex, often historical property portfolios, delivering nuanced advice that satisfies Charities Act requirements and sector-specific sensitivities.

Media and entertainment: acting on transactions in a fast-growing market, including international investment into UK studio space and production facilities, driven by high-profile demand for creative infrastructure.

Corporate acquisitions: partnering with our corporate team to deliver seamless advice on the real estate elements of large-scale transactions, including recent multi-billion-pound M&A deals.

Hotels & Hospitality: our clients include established national portfolio owner operators, entrepreneurial investors and luxury developers and architects.
