Enea is a Solicitor in the Corporate team, advising clients across a range of sectors, with particular a particular focus on the technology and digital sector. He advises on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), private equity, joint ventures, investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial transactions.

• Advising the shareholders of One Advisory, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, on the sale to FRP Advisory Group.
• Advising the shareholders of FM Conway Limited, a leading public works company in England, on the sale to VINCI Construction.
• Jointly advising Allenby Capital (as nomad and joint broker) and Oak Securities (as joint broker) on Pathfinder Minerals Plc’s reverse takeover of Rome Resources Plc, a Canada-based early-stage resource exploration company, and £4m placing (equity fundraise).
• Advising IntelliAM AI Plc, a software and AI company based in South Yorkshire, on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Acquis Stock Exchange, valuing the company at nearly £18m.
• Advising Cairn Financial Advisers LLP and Clear Capital Markets Limited on Medpal AI Plc’s AIM IPO.
• Advising the shareholders of Chester Hall Precision Engineering, a UK based aerospace, space and defence precision engineering group, on the sale to Belrise Industries (BIL), one of India’s largest integrated automotive component manufacturers, specialising in precision sheet metal pressing and fabrication.
• Advising the Nomios Group on its acquisition of Intragen, a leading European digital identity and access management specialist.
