Chris Carlisle

Chris joined Wedlake Bell in June 2022 as an associate in the Real Estate team. Chris is a non-contentious commercial property lawyer. He has experience advising clients on sales and acquisitions, lettings and property financings.

Lucy Dodds

Lucy joined Wedlake Bell in July 2022 as a solicitor in the Real Estate team. Prior to this, Lucy practiced at Blake Morgan where she trained and qualified in March 2020. Lucy has experience acting on a broad range of real estate transactions. Her work includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of properties, development transactions and landlord and tenant work. She acts for a variety of clients including housebuilders, developers and landlords across the office and retail sectors.

Gabriela Georgieva

Gabriela joined Wedlake Bell as a solicitor in the Real Estate team in July 2022.

Gabriela specialises in property development transactions. Her work includes advising housebuilders on acquisitions of development sites (including option agreements and conditional contracts with price adjustment mechanisms, deferred payments, and overage provisions), disposals of affordable housing, and property finance.

Gabriela is also admitted to practise law in the State of New York.

Jade Kettle

Jade joined Wedlake Bell in July 2022 as a solicitor in the Real Estate team, having trained and qualified at Greenberg Traurig LLP.

Jade has experience advising on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, financings and asset management.

Jade has experience working in the industrial, office and retail sectors predominantly working for real estate investment fund clients.

Uriel Newman

Uri joined the Real Estate team at Wedlake Bell in August 2022. Immediately prior to joining Wedlake Bell, Uri was at Teacher Stern for over five years, having previously trained and qualified at Reed Smith in 2017.

Uri has acted on a broad range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and landlord/tenant matters across a variety of sectors. Uri also has experience acting for both borrowers and lenders on property financings and refinancings, as well as on the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Eleanor Ng

Eleanor joined Wedlake Bell in August 2022 as a solicitor in the Construction team.

She was admitted to practice in Australia at the start of 2021 and worked in the construction team at a private firm in Melbourne before relocating to London.

Eleanor has experience acting for developers, landlords, tenants, contractors and consultants across various sectors including the retail, commercial development and industrial sectors.
