• Acting for Care UK in the acquisition of a pipeline of sites for the development of care homes following the grant of satisfactory planning permission and subject to the delivery of essential infrastructure works.
• Acting for various tenants and occupiers on their office moves and relocations.
• Assisting a FTSE 100 hotel company with the acquisition of hotel operating companies and the ongoing management of its hotel lease portfolio.
