Gabriela Georgieva

Gabriela is an associate in the Housebuilders & Residential Development team. She has experience dealing with a broad range of residential development transactions with a particular focus on the acquisition of development sites, including option agreements and conditional contracts with price adjustment mechanisms, deferred payments and overage provisions.

She also has experience in the disposal of development sites (including sub-sales) and disposals of affordable housing land to registered providers.

Gabriela is admitted to practise law in the State of New York and England and Wales.

• Acting on the acquisition of a development site for the provision of over 150 residential units, including the negotiation of complex biodiversity net gain (BNG) provisions.
• Granting an option to purchase a development site to a national housebuilder.
• Acting on the sub-sale of a site for residential development forming part of a wider mixed-use site, including obligations for the provision of off-site infrastructure works.
• Acting on the disposal of land for the provision of affordable housing units to registered providers.
