Uriel Newman

Uri acts on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, asset and portfolio management and advising landlords and tenants in the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors in London and the regions.

Uri also has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on property financing and refinancing transactions as well as handling the real estate aspects of corporate deals. He acts for a variety of clients, from investors and developers to high net worth individuals and overseas trusts.

• Acting on the acquisition of an iconic office building in Mayfair for £75m.
• Acting on the purchase of a plot of land for the development of a large industrial distribution unit with forward funding and subject to planning for a project cost in excess of £30m.
• Acting on the sale of a large multi-let industrial estate in Southampton for over £40m.
