Lucy has extensive experience acting on a broad range of real estate transactions, including advising on acquisitions and disposals of properties, development transactions, landlord and tenant matters, corporate acquisitions and disposals and property finance.

She has a particular focus on residential development transactions, which includes acting on acquisitions and dispositions, affordable housing disposals and all other matters during the lifecycle of a development.

• Advising a residential developer on the sale of land forming part of a large development site to another housebuilder for the construction of more than 600 homes for a purchase price of £68m.
• Acting for a housebuilder on the refinancing of five development sites with a gross development value of approximately £100m.
• Advising a residential developer on the acquisition of a development site for the construction of 320 homes for a purchase price of £40m with a gross development value of £173m and the subsequent sale and construction of the affordable housing units.
• Acting for a housebuilder on the sale and construction of all the private housing units to a build-to-rent (BTR) provider across three different development sites for a total consideration of £130m.
• Advising a residential developer on the sale and construction of more than 100 affordable housing units for a registered proprietor across three different sites with a total value of approximately £25m.
• Advising on property matters on the corporate acquisition of a self-storage business for a total sum of approximately £20m.
