Lucy has experience acting on a broad range of real estate transactions. Her works includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of properties, development transactions, landlord and tenant and property finance.

Career History

Lucy joined Wedlake Bell in 2022. Prior to this, Lucy trained and qualified at Blake Morgan.

Lucy read law at University of Sheffield, graduating in 2014 before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford in 2015.
