Wedlake Bell advised the shareholders of The Scale Factory on its sale to the Ten10 group.
The Scale Factory is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) advanced consulting partner with a long and proven track record of delivering well-architected AWS migrations, modernisations and solutions.
The Ten10 group is backed by Graphite Capital and is an established technology consultancy and academy training provider.
Alongside Wedlake Bell, the shareholders of The Scale Factory were also advised by the corporate finance team of Matteo Timpani and Connor Tostevin at Crowe.
Wedlake Bell’s specialist cross-departmental M&A team was led by Partner, Mark Tasker, and included Senior Associate Tom Boersma, Associate Maria Nadarajah and Trainee Solicitor Benedict Holmes. In addition, Gemma Williams advised on corporate tax, Abigail Jacks on employment, Maya de Silva on IP and commercial law and Esther Gunaratnam on data protection matters.
This transaction further underlines Wedlake Bell’s experience and expertise in the technology sector.
