Real Estate Partner, Suzanne Gill, has had her comments published in an article on The European Medicines Agency’s recent premises dilemma for Research Professional.
The Agency, which acts as the European Union’s medical regulator, is caught between needing to leave the UK by 2019, and a £400m premises contract in London that does not expire until 2039.
Suzanne writes that “an assignment will be quite a big task unless they can find a government body that will take the space from them.”
