Gabriela is a solicitor in the Real Estate team specialising in property development transactions. Her work includes advising housebuilders on acquisitions of development sites (including option agreements and conditional contracts with price adjustment mechanisms, deferred payments, and overage provisions), disposals of affordable housing, and property finance.
