Eleanor has experience acting for developers, contractors and consultants on a wide variety of construction and infrastructure projects. Eleanor works with clients at all stages of a project: from providing tendering advice to drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments and land development agreement, to advising on issues and disputes arising throughout a project’s life.

  • Advising a contractor in respect of its contractual documents and obligations for a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project.

  • Acting for a contractor on a large gas pipeline project.

Career History

Eleanor was admitted to practice in Australia at the start of 2021 and holds degrees in Law (Honours) and Commerce (Economics) from Monash University in Melbourne Australia.

Eleanor qualified into the Construction team at a private firm in Melbourne Australia in February 2021 where she worked up until relocating to London.
