However, our Planning team has many years of experience of both prosecuting planning breaches on behalf of local authorities as well as advising and defending our clients in the private sector against enforcement and prosecution.

Enforcement Notices carry very strict time limits for appeals and it is imperative that lawyers are instructed at the earliest possible stage.  It is not uncommon for people to find that they are out of time because they are not aware of the technicalities of the planning enforcement regime.
