We also support clients with change management, quality assurance, testing and delivery milestones.

We act for customers, software suppliers, systems integrators and outsourcing service providers. This mix of perspectives allows us to identify potential issues early and provide solutions that are both technically informed and commercially sound.

Many of the projects we advise on are international in scope. Working alongside clients’ local teams, we regularly coordinate with our network of associated firms to provide seamless cross-border support.

Our aim is to protect our clients investments and keep projects on track. When problems occur, we help clients respond quickly and effectively – whether that means managing risk, renegotiating contracts or resolving disputes.
