Our Corporate team is recognised for delivering excellence across all areas of M&A, advising on both cross-border and domestic transactions.
We combine technical expertise with commercial insight and a detailed understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape. Our lawyers provide clear strategic advice and much-needed support during critical periods of negotiation.
We act for a diverse range of commercial clients, including multinationals, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses. We have particular expertise across the technology, hospitality and leisure, construction and infrastructure, energy and utilities, insurance and real estate sectors.
Our approach to M&A project management ensures that our clients receive vital support at a time when management resources may be stretched, enabling them to remain focused on the issues at hand and continue their day-to-day business operations.
We work closely with our colleagues in Employment, Real Estate, Pensions & Employee Benefits, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Corporate Tax and Banking to deliver a fully integrated M&A offering. In addition, we coordinate with our Private Client team to advise on tax-efficient exit structures and post-transaction wealth planning.
