“There’s nothing new in May’s house-building revolution, say lawyers” – Jay Das has comments published in The Times’ Brief

Partner in our Planning team, Jay Das, has had her comments published in The Times’ Brief on the government’s proposals to penalise councils for failing to meet building targets.

On the plans, which have drawn much criticism, Jay commented that “there are many reasons why build out rates can be slow and they are often unintentional. As such, a penalty system will not make a marked difference.”
