Philip Slegg

Philip is a commercial property lawyer advising on a broad range of real estate transactions. He works across the investment, corporate occupier and development sectors for a variety of clients.

Philip primarily works with investors, landlords, occupiers and developers. He has experience acting for clients on the acquisition, disposal, financing, development and asset management of real estate.

Philip also works with major housebuilders and advises on residential development transactions, including site acquisition, management and disposal of affordable housing.

• Acting for investors on portfolio management of corporate occupier spaces in London and the south east.
• Acting for a beverage company on the relocation of its office space and associated works.
• Advising a self-storage company acquiring 15 properties as part of a corporate transaction.
• Acting for a developer on the acquisition of a development site in west London.
• Acting for a national housebuilder on the disposal of the build-to-rent (BTR) plots across three sites to a forward funder with a total value of over £35m.
