Acted for a multinational technology services company in relation to a multicurrency term loan b advanced to it by a syndicate of lenders and investors.

Acted for a private credit fund in relation to facilities advanced for the purposes of an acquisition of a group technology services company.

Acted for Luxembourg-incorporated sale and lease back funds on subscription line facilities advanced to them by a club of lenders.

Acted for lenders on the restructuring the existing multicurrency facilities and advancing new facilities to a multinational specialist life assurance group company.

Career History

Paledi joined Wedlake Bell in September 2021. He is qualified to practice both in South Africa and in England and Wales. Prior to joining Wedlake Bell, he worked in the London office of a multinational law firm.
