About Lindy

Expertise Down arrow

Lindy heads up the diverse experience of the projects and infrastructure team, which provides advisory and transactional support in the consenting, development, financing and operation of projects. The team has experience across a range of sectors, including energy, transport, water and waste management, and represents a diverse client base ranging from multinationals and institutions to entrepreneurs and private individuals.

A real estate lawyer by background, Lindy particularly enjoys dealing with the tangible aspects of project development and delivery, as well as issues relating to a property’s ongoing management and operation. She advises on the acquisition, use and disposal of land as an asset for profit generation. Her work often includes advice on commercial contracts, planning, environmental and development issues.

Lindy’s work has a particular focus on the ports industry, which includes advising on and documenting arrangements for the import, use and export of a range of cargos, the upgrading and replacement of port-specific equipment and infrastructure, and the sector-specific statutory regime.
