Josh is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team and engages in advisory work spanning the Town and Country Planning Act for a wide range of clients. This includes advising on planning enforcement, planning applications, environmental impact assessments, the Community Infrastructure Levy and planning appeals.

He also has expertise in negotiating planning and infrastructure agreements from the perspective of both developer and local authority clients.

• Advising on planning aspects of the acquisition of a Grade II listed building in the City of London.
• Advising on the planning aspects of CALA’s acquisition of Chartway Caesar’s Way, Folkestone.
• Negotiating a section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 agreement in the context of a “grey belt” planning appeal in relation to Grove End, Surrey.
