Elizabeth is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on art, music and the creative & luxury industries. She offers skilful navigation through a broad range of contentious issues including those concerning title & ownership, commission, accounting of royalties, contract termination, director and shareholder disputes, copyright infringement, contentious probate and the proper administration of trusts and estates.
The success that Elizabeth has achieved for her clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal has resulted in precedent-setting case law but she also has a long history of discreetly resolving high profile disputes outside of the court room.
Career History
Elizabeth joined Wedlake Bell LLP in 2024 after nine years working in the litigation department of music & entertainment law firm Russells (2015 to 2024) and before that at Ince & Co LLP (2013 to 2015). She graduated from Durham University with First Class Honours in Natural Sciences and obtained a Distinction in both the GDL and the LPC.
