Edward Moss

Edward specialises in a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal, portfolio management and secured lending. Edward also assists on the property aspects of corporate transactions. He has experience working for owners, occupiers, developers, funders, landlords and tenants across retail, office, industrial and residential development sectors.

• Acting as the property lead for a self-storage provider on the property aspects of a corporate acquisition, which included 14 sites.
• Acting on the disposal (including development provisions) of a portfolio of three sites with a combined gross development value of approximately £130m to an institutional build-to-rent provider.
• Acting on the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, letting and eventual sale of a central London office building for approximately £50m.
• Acting as the property lead on a corporate wrapper acquisition of a mixed-used West End property with a purchase price of £45m, which completed within 20 working days of instruction.
• Acting on the acquisition (and part sub-sale) of a site for residential development for a purchase price of £22m.
