Chloe Cannon

Chloe advises on all aspects of family law, including complex financial matters on divorce and separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and child arrangements. She has particular experience in advising on high and ultra-high net financial matters with complicated asset structures.

Chloe has worked on financial matters that involve trust assets, non-matrimonial property and business valuations, often with an international element.

• Working on a matter with a high net worth client in financial remedy proceedings where pre-marital assets were held in an offshore trust and negotiating a settlement at a financial dispute resolution hearing.
• Advising on a matter where the spouse aimed not to disclose substantial wealth and ensuring full disclosure was provided in the proceedings.
• Preparing and advising on various pre-nuptial agreements with high net worth clients, particularly where assets are held in a trust or where there is significant inherited wealth.
• Advising and settling a matter under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 in respect of finances for the benefit of children where the parties were unmarried.

Chloe won the bronze award in the ‘Woman of the Year – Rising Star’ category at the 2023 Powerwomen Awards hosted by Citywealth.

Chloe was awarded the gold award for Future Leader Initiative of the Year at the Future Leaders Awards 2021, hosted by Citywealth, and again at the Future Leaders Awards 2022.
