Charlotte acts for a variety of clients, including institutional investors, corporate occupiers and developers in the retail, office and logistics sectors.

She has strong asset management experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documentation and has worked on the sale and purchase of several high-value commercial properties across central London and nationwide.

• Advising Global Holdings Group on the purchase and leaseback of 10 Great Pulteney Street in London from fashion retailer Boohoo.
• Assisting with Hugo Boss’s Regent Street relocation
• Assisting Fuller, Smith & Turner in the acquisition, sale and letting of pubs in its portfolio, including Project Trotter
• Assisting in the acquisition and refinancing of several high-value logistics sites acting for institutional investors and a REIT
