Expertise

Caroline provides wealth and succession planning advice to UK and international individuals and families. This includes advice for those becoming UK resident, the preparation of Wills (particularly where there is a cross border element) and the use of trusts and family investment companies.

Caroline has particular experience advising on the establishment of wealth holding structures for non-UK clients and working with international advisers to identify the best solutions.

Caroline also advises both trust companies and individual trustees on a broad range of matters including the creation of trusts, restructurings, the distribution of trust assets and UK taxation.

Career History

Caroline trained at Farrer & Co and qualified as a solicitor there in 2014.

Caroline has a law degree from the University of Cambridge and completed the Legal Practices Course at BPP.

Endorsements

Caroline is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and received a Worldwide Excellence Award for achieving the highest score in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross Border Estates.
