Ben deals with a broad mix of real estate work, with a focus on landlord and tenant matters for a variety of commercial clients, including investors and business occupiers.

He specialises in acting for corporate occupiers on acquisitions of new premises and disposals of former premises. He is particularly experienced in acting for companies in the insurance and finance industries in their office premises requirements in the City and throughout the country.

• Advising RiverStone International on its London HQ relocation to the fifth floor of the award-winning 22 Bishopsgate.
• Acting for insurance business Charles Taylor Limited in respect of the relocation of its HQ from The Minster Building to the fifth floor and sixth floor, 2 Minster Court, London EC3.
• Advising intellectual property firm Carpmaels & Ransford LLP on its lease extensions at One Southampton Row.
• Advising CFC Underwriting Limited on their acquisition of a new London HQ across six floors at 8 Bishopsgate, the new landmark 50-storey tower in the city owned by Mitsubishi Estates and developed by Stanhope.
