Andrew works across all aspects of family law, including divorce and associated financial remedies, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation issues and private children matters.

Andrew has a broad range of experience with a variety of clients. He has previously worked on matters for high profile individuals, as well as high net worth financial remedy cases

• Acting for the wife in successfully defending a variation of a pension sharing order when the fund had produced £1m in uplift.
• Acting for the mother in enforcement proceedings under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, including a successful Hadkinson order application and passport seizure order.
• Advising a successful musical artist in relation to a pre-nuptial agreement.
• Acting for a mother defending the father’s child arrangements application, securing favourable contact terms and prohibiting the father from taking the child out of the jurisdiction.
