Aileigh is an associate in our Property Litigation team.
She advises clients on a range of commercial, residential and mixed-use property related disputes including landlord and tenant issues such as 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices, service charge disputes and development disputes.
She also advises on possession claims, disputes relating to protected tenancies, boundary disputes, adverse possession litigation and claims relating to rights of way and other easements.
Recent Experience
- Acting for a real estate investment company to recover arrears from their tenant and its guarantor of a prime central London commercial premises.
- Advising an investment management company (the landlord) on a lease dispute in relation to the offices in Soho.
- Advising a property investment group as part of a series of multi-claim, multi-party disputes. At its core is a dispute over the interpretation of a complex group restructuring of a £60 million property group.
- Advising a property investment company and acting in a complex lease extension involved approximately £10-15 million of properties.
