Abigail is an associate in the Private Client team working with high net worth individuals on a range of Private Client matters including advising on estate and succession planning strategies and the use of trusts in order to protect wealth for the next generation, preparing tax efficient Wills to achieve the client’s aims and advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Abigail administers high value estates, which often involve multiple jurisdictions and complex asset-holding structures.

Abigail’s expertise also includes advising on charity incorporations and the establishment of new charitable structures.

Career History

Abigail read Law with French at the University of Leeds and completed an Erasmus exchange at Jean Moulin University in Lyon, France where she studied French Law.

She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with Distinction.

Prior to commencing her training contract with Wedlake Bell in September 2018, Abigail gained experience as a Divorce and Family paralegal at Stewarts.

Abigail has completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in Tax and Estate Planning.
