Previously I wrote about the case of Mills v Mills and had said that permission to appeal to the Supreme Court had been granted.
The appeal relates to “whether, provision having already been made for the Respondent’s housing costs in the capital settlement, the Court of Appeal erred in taking these into account when raising her periodical payments.”
The Judgment of the Supreme Court is due to be handed down this week (on 18 July 2018) so we await the outcome of that.
