Wedlake Bell strengthens top-tier Insolvency & Restructuring practice with new Partner hire
Wedlake Bell LLP has announced the appointment of Finella Fogarty as Partner in its Insolvency & Restructuring team.
Finella joins from RPC where she was a leading figure in business restructuring. She brings over 20 years’ experience advising banks, insolvency practitioners, corporates and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious restructurings, special administrations, restructuring plans, corporate reorganisations, and more.
