This includes, where necessary, enforcing post-termination restrictions and protecting confidential business information.
Where redundancy and reorganisation exercises are required, they demand careful planning to ensure they run smoothly. We work with our clients to develop effective pooling and selection procedures, prepare for individual and collective consultation meetings and draft and advise on all relevant documents and communications. We also provide strategic advice on alternatives to redundancy, voluntary redundancy programmes and settlement negotiations and agreements.
