Advising the shareholders of The Scale Factory, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) advanced consulting partner, on its sale to the Ten10 Group.
Advising Sätila Studios Group on the sale to Old Sessions House Limited of Satila Farringdon, the special purpose vehicle that owns the London landmark property, The Old Sessions House.
Assisting with the acquisition by IJM, a major Malaysian conglomerate, of a Dutch special purpose vehicle which owns the Grade II listed landmark 25 Finsbury Circus building, a circa 250,000 sq ft property in the City of London with planning permission for a £150m redevelopment from TPG Angelo Gordon, the global alternative investment manager. Following redevelopment, the asset is expected to be worth £380m.
Assisting the Employee Benefits team with the corporate elements of the adoption and implementation of share incentive schemes including a growth shares scheme and an executive long term incentive plan.
Acting for Nirvana, a UK and European speciality insurance managing general agent group headquartered in London, on its acquisition of Arena, a prominent player in the Belgian sports insurance field, providing cover to federations and clubs across both the Flemish and French-speaking regions.
