This experience gives him valuable insight into the UK’s immigration system and enables him to advise on all aspects of both business and personal immigration.

Tim works with organisations on the immigration aspects of employment, including sponsor licence applications, right to work compliance, the recruitment of overseas personnel and entry clearance applications. He also supports businesses during compliance visits and advises individuals on family visas, citizenship applications and a range of visa routes, including Global Talent and UK Ancestry visas.

Tim is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association.

Tim also has an employment practice in which he advises on a wide range of issues, providing practical, commercially focused guidance to employers, senior executives and private individuals. This covers settlement agreements, workplace disputes, employment contracts, unfair dismissal claims and litigation before the Employment Tribunals.

Adam Grant, Partner and Head of Employment and Immigration at Wedlake Bell, said:
