Wedlake Bell continues Private Client team expansion with addition of new Partner

Joining the firm from Broadfield, Owen brings significant expertise advising UK residents, international individuals, families, family offices and trustees on complex UK legal and tax matters relating to estate planning, succession and wealth protection. In many instances Owen is pleased to act for three generations of the same family, being the first port of call for all their legal requirements. For many he acts as trustee of their private family trusts, family charities and as executor of their estates. Underlying assets within those families often include heritage property, family businesses or landed estates. Owen’s practice covers helping clients navigate the changes in UK tax legislation and regulatory developments. Owen focuses on ensuring clients’ wealth is preserved across generations.
