One Advisory, based in the City of London, is a leading national business advisory firm, specialising in financial reporting, transaction advisory and governance services to UK and International clients, the majority of whom are quoted on AIM or listed on the London Stock Exchange.

FRP Advisory Group is a leading national business advisory firm, specialising in forensics, corporate finance, debt, restructuring and financial advisory.

This transaction represents a strategic alignment between the One Advisory and FRP Advisory Group, strengthening FRP Advisory Group’s service offering to its clients and adding new governance advisory capabilities.

It also further demonstrates Wedlake Bell’s expertise in M&A and the business advisory sector as well as extensive experience in advising owner managed businesses.
