Wedlake Bell advises Agentis Health Group, a UK-based digital health management specialist, on its acquisition of Living With

Agentis Health Group is backed by mid-market private equity investor LDC and includes Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services, a leading UK provider of medicines management and prescribing technologies.

Living With is a leading digital health company specialising in condition-specific therapeutics and remote patient assessment, management and rehabilitation.

This transaction marks Agentis Health Group’s first strategic move in bringing together the critical services needed to strengthen its digital therapeutics offer and transform long-term condition management for the NHS.

It also further demonstrates Wedlake Bell’s expertise in M&A and the tech and healthcare sectors as well as our extensive experience in advising private equity backed businesses.
