Tom is a solicitor in the Housebuilders and Residential Development Team. He has experience in acting for both developers and landowners on a variety of matters including acquisitions, site management, and disposals. Tom supports clients through all stages of the development lifecycle and has a particular focus on strategic land.

• Acting for developers on strategic land agreements across the south west.
• Advising a housebuilder on the acquisition of a development site from a government body by way of conditional contract including overage provisions.
• Advising a housebuilder on the acquisition and partial sub-sale of a serviced development site.
