Suleika Horrocks

Suleika is an international employment lawyer who advises businesses on a broad range of employment law issues across more than 80 jurisdictions.

Suleika’s work covers all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, employment documentation, workforce management matters, disciplinary and grievance procedures, global restructurings and redundancies, and the termination of employment.

Suleika studied Law with Spanish Law at university, including a year spent studying in Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and has experience assisting on cross-border legal matters involving Spanish-speaking clients and jurisdictions. She also has intermediate proficiency in French.

• Advising on a global redundancy programme involving employees across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating local employment law advice, drafting key documentation and supporting the implementation of a legally compliant and commercially practical process while maintaining employee relations.
• Assisting with the establishment of operations and first-time hiring in India, including advising on local employment law requirements and practical considerations, drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
• Advising employers on a range of employment law issues, including redundancies, dismissals, settlement agreements, workplace disputes and employee relations matters.
• Drafting employment documentation, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and tailored employment law advice.
• Supporting HR teams and in-house counsel on day-to-day workforce management matters, helping clients navigate practical and legal issues affecting their workforce.
